These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CONTINEX Inc. website and the transportation, fleet leasing, maintenance, shop repair, and transmission repair services we provide. By submitting a quote request, booking service, or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Description

CONTINEX Inc. provides commercial trucking and transportation services, fleet leasing and maintenance programs, shop repair, and transmission repair. Service details, availability, and pricing are based on the information you provide and may be confirmed in a separate written agreement or work order.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, distance, load details, vehicle condition, or other relevant factors differ from what was originally disclosed. All quotes are valid for the time period stated or, if no period is stated, for 14 calendar days.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service dates and times are scheduled based on availability. For transportation and fleet services, we ask for as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made promptly. Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows, especially when a driver, technician, or equipment has already been dispatched.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time service is booked or a lease is signed. We accept payment methods as described on invoices and contracts. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees, interest, or suspension of services. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

CONTINEX Inc. carries appropriate insurance for its operations, but our liability is limited to the terms set forth in the applicable service agreement or bill of lading. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, acts of third parties, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Cargo claims must be reported in writing as soon as possible and no later than the timeframes required by applicable law or contract.

7. Insurance

Customers are encouraged to maintain their own cargo, liability, or equipment insurance as appropriate. Proof of our insurance coverage is available upon request. Insurance limits and coverage terms for specific jobs will be outlined in the relevant service contract.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, government actions, or transportation disruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
